Abu Dhabi is the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The Ruler of Abu Dhabi is HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the Crown Prince is HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Abu Dhabi as the capital has the headquarters of the Ministries and other Government Departments. The Embassies of many countries are located in the city.

Abu Dhabi is the largest of the seven emirates covering an area of 67,340 square kilometers. It accounts for 87 percent of the total area of UAE.
